A 3D virtual tour is an immersive, interactive experience that allows potential buyers or renters to explore a property remotely as if they were walking through it in person. Using Matterport technology, we capture every room in high resolution and stitch them together into a navigable 3D model.
How long does a virtual tour take to create?
The capture session typically takes 1–2 hours depending on property size. A small apartment (2–3 bedrooms) is usually captured in 45–60 minutes, while a large villa or estate can take 2–3 hours. After the shoot, the virtual tour is processed and delivered within 48–72 hours.
How much does a real estate virtual tour cost?

How soon after the shoot do I receive the virtual tour?
Standard delivery is 48–72 hours after the shoot. For urgent requests, we offer express delivery (24 hours) for a 25% surcharge. During peak season, we recommend booking 3–5 days in advance.
Can I use the virtual tour on my website and portals?
Yes. Your virtual tour comes with unlimited usage rights. You can embed it on your website, share via WhatsApp, email, or social media, and publish on portals like Idealista, Fotocasa, and Rightmove. We provide the embed code and multiple export formats.
Do you photograph unfurnished properties?
Yes. We capture both furnished and unfurnished properties. For unfurnished properties, we recommend adding 360° highlight shots or a video walkthrough. Pricing remains the same regardless of furnishing status.
What areas do you cover?
We cover all of Andalucía, with primary service in Málaga, Marbella, Costa del Sol, Granada, Seville, and Córdoba. For locations outside these areas, a travel surcharge may apply.

What is included in a yacht virtual tour?
A yacht virtual tour captures the entire vessel - saloons, cabins, deck areas, helm stations, and outdoor lounging spaces. We include high-resolution 360° capture, a custom-branded interface, floor plan integration, and a highlights reel video.
Can you capture both indoor and outdoor areas?
Yes. We schedule yacht shoots to capture indoor spaces in the morning (best lighting) and outdoor areas during golden hour for stunning results. We monitor forecasts and reschedule if needed.
How much does a yacht virtual tour cost?

Wedding & Event Venues
What is a wedding venue virtual tour?
A virtual tour allows couples to explore ceremony and reception spaces remotely before booking. It’s increasingly popular for destination weddings in Spain, where many couples book venues without visiting in person first.
Do you offer wedding venue packages?
Yes. Three tiers:
- Essential - Main ceremony and reception spaces, standard delivery
- Premium - All areas including guest accommodation, drone exterior, highlight video
- Premium - Full venue documentation, multiple visits, cinematic video, seasonal variation
General
What technology do you use?
We primarily use Matterport - the industry leader for real estate and hospitality virtual tours. Additional tools include professional DSLR cameras, 360° lenses, DJI drones, and 4K video equipment.
Is the virtual tour GDPR compliant?
Yes. We follow strict GDPR guidelines. We never capture identifiable faces without consent, and we blur faces upon request at no extra charge.
How many rooms can be included?
Our standard packages include up to 25 rooms/spaces. Additional spaces can be added for a small fee per point. There’s no hard limit - large estates with 50+ rooms are fully supported.
How many revisions are included?
We include two rounds of revisions at no charge. This covers branding changes, text labels, floor plan adjustments, or removing unwanted elements. Additional rounds are available at a small fee.
What is the payment structure?
New clients: 50% deposit upon booking, remaining 50% upon delivery. Repeat clients with established relationships: net-30 terms. We accept bank transfer and card payments.
Do you offer volume discounts?
- 3–5 properties: 10% discount
- 6–10 properties: 15% discount
- 11+ properties: 20% discount
Annual retainer agreements available with priority scheduling.
